Meet Melanie Fourie
Owner and Founder
Melanie Fourie
Founder, Attorney & Conveyancer
Melanie’s passion, hard work, dedication, determination, experience and a sense of fearlessness led to the establishment of the firm.
She is an admitted attorney and conveyancer. She obtained her LLB degree from The University of South Africa (Unisa).
She has extensive experience of over 14 years in a diverse range of conveyancing matters gained whilst heading a large conveyancing department at a Pretoria law firm dealing with property development transfers, opening of township registers, subdivisions and consolidations, bond registrations with all major banks as well as bond cancellations.
